Minnesota Motion is a girls' flag football development program serving the West Metro.

Our mission is to provide serious athletes with professional-level coaching, structured training, and competitive opportunities in the offseason — all while supporting their school programs.

Tryouts

Date: December 14 • Time: 7:00–8:00 a.m. • Location: Minnetonka High School Dome

Fee: $25 due at check-in (cash or check)

Waivers will be provided at entry and must be signed before participation. Parent/guardian signature required for minors.

FAQ

Who can try out?
Minnesota Motion is a program for high school girl athletes, but we are not turning away middle school athletes who want to try out. At the end of the day, the best athletes will make the team.
What should I bring?
Cleats, water, and any football equipment you’d like to use during drills or scrimmages.
Do I need prior experience?
No. All experience levels are welcome. Our staff will help players develop skills and understanding of the game.
Are tryout fees refundable?
Tryout fees are non-refundable.
Can I do this while playing other sports?
Yes. We support athletes in their other sports and work around those commitments — we do not aim to compete with them.
